If it wasn't for the fact that I was given the chance to read Cowboy Up as a ARC from Alexandra I wouldn't have even thought to start reading this series! But OMG I am glued and I love this book so much, only reason it took some time is that I kept on falling asleep (I blame the painkillers that I am still on though for that!).

This book is so well written, at the start yes I did sob a little (okay maybe a lot) the story starts of after a horse accident which broke my heart. Why you ask? Well growing up I always loved horses, then as a adult my Uncle breed Clydesdales and well that was what made me love horses and I myself have lost a horse after a failed birth.

The story between Addy and Hudson is something special, their friendship that then blooms to something else, with both of them denying their feelings for ages to the forbidden love, to finally giving in and realising what they really wanted.

When you look at Addy who as a person has her whole life planned out, with her own aspirations, dreams and career path set out. Things all can change, things can still go the way that she wants them to. But sometimes there is another path that she has to think about, just so that she can get to where she wants to be without her realising!

When Hudson at the ending of the book did what he did, I sat there going WHY?? Like why on earth would you do that, but then I realised my crying for the sadness ended up with crying for the happiness!

Did I cry? YES! Was it on more than one occasion? YES!! Will you need tissues? Ahhh YES!! Do I recommend this book? HECK YES 100%!! If you haven't yet go and grab it, add it to your TBR list cause this is one series you need to start reading!

Alexandra I love your work, I cannot wait to carry on and read every other book you have already published. And also I cannot wait (which I have just recently applied for your new book as a arc) to make sure that I read every other story that you write.
