This was my first book by this author and well I really can say that I enjoyed it and loved it, I also need more from the main characters perspective in a second book that is for sure. I cannot wait to carry on reading this series in between other books that I am reading.

A quick easy read with the Gilmore Girls vibe, what can I say growing up I loved sitting down at watching the show and honestly I started watching it again in the last month! 

Jeanie is gifted the well known cafe from her Aunt, she doesn't say no and uses this as a fresh start on her life. She walked into her old job finding her boss dead in the office, but then again he didn't have a healthy life as it was. 

She has trouble sleeping while thinking someone is messing with her, and then try to take out Logan with a bat. He then sticks around and helps find out who is making the scratching sounds, all to learn its her now Cat that was the culprit all along.

Along the way they form a relationship of friendship, that moves into more than that. Will they survive? Will Logan be able to get past the heart break from Lucy?

Someone sabotages the cafe over a span of time, when she learns who it was and there reason behind it this leads to her forgiving them. Shocked about the reasons and wondering if there is something more behind it.

Logan looks at things the wrong way after one night with her and seeing her kitchen table, will this make it harder for them in the future? Will he be able to go back after accusing her of the wrong things? 

In all honesty loved this book, was so easy to read and the story line had me hooked! Will I carry on the series? Well that is a straight yes but I will be doing this in-between other books. Why? Well I am in a book club which I love being in, and I use my books I read to go with the categories.
